Capacity building & knowledge transfer

The mediacy of knowledge is not a one-way street. Only the connection of the experience of interested persons and advisors build up adapted, lasting abilities.
  • Workshops
    • Primarily prolonged meetings with practical nature. Talents in handling plants (cultivation to primary processing) are obtained and used. This includes the intensive support of target groups on-the-job during the introduction of new methods/processes/plants.
  • Seminars
    • Mostly 1 - 2 days meetings to present theoretical knowledge of crop farming, plant resource management, quality management and hygiene (raw material production and processing). One goal is to give the participants the possibility to collate the new knowledge with their experiences, in addition I aim at a dialogue with the listeners. Furthermore, the participants should apply the knowledge to real problems/projects.
  • Talks, papers
    • Congress/journal contributions as a poster, paper or verbally at the customers order.
In the framework of quality assurance/advancement the determination of participants satisfaction (evaluation sheets) is always aimed at. Naturally certificates of participation are provided.
